International Marketing Manager (w/m/d)
In this key role, you will coordinate the strategic planning and execution of marketing activities across Eastern European markets. You will support the local teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and realize growth opportunities.
You will oversee market analysis, product launches, pricing strategies, demand generation, portfolio optimization, and product lifecycle management, ensuring clear priorities and strong execution. With your strategic mindset, you will play a vital role in driving sales performance and business success across the region.
You will report directly to the executive management in Vienna and work in a highly collaborative environment with significant autonomy and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the development and implementation of country-specific marketing strategies for prescription medicines, OTC products, dietary supplements, and medical devices across selected East European and mid Asian markets
- Collaborate closely with regional and local marketing teams, as well as Business Development, Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Medical, Procurement, and Sales
- Support new product launches and the development of go-to-market toolkits
- Analyse market, competitor, and performance data to guide decision-making
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements (packaging, claims, material approvals)
- Plan, manage, and monitor budgets for international marketing activities
- Support local teams in improving forecasting and planning accuracy
- Prepare monthly reports and support corrective action planning
Professional Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in international pharmaceutical marketing
- Strong expertise in brand management, product lifecycle management, and launch excellence
- Confident in engaging with international stakeholders and working in cross-cultural environments
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements
- High commitment to quality standards and regulatory compliance
- Excellent English language skills; Russian and/or German proficiency is a strong advantage
- Willingness to travel occasionally

- The offered annual gross salary for this position starts at EUR 75.000 (full-time, 38,5 h). Depending on your actual qualifications and experience, the salary may also be higher.
